ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICE
Do you have a project or idea that you’d love to bring to life?
With 25+ years of Engineering experience we can take a product from a proof of concept all the way to a mass producible product. We have a wide range of skilled Engineers who can tackle mechanical, electronic and electrical products.
With a five-gate-process our Engineers and Project Managers diligently communicate every step in the design process to clients. Computer Aided Simulation and Analysis of CAD models are included within our packages.
Start-up with little volume? We've all been there and the founders of Ardencraft Technology had start-ups in mind when developing the business. We've worked directly with a dozen different start-ups and bring in our experience in Designing for Manufacture within China so you can focus on scaling your business and launching products.
PRODUCTION & ASSEMBLY SERVICE
With great experience comes a large network of reliable suppliers who share our vision of creating high quality product by not cutting corners. Each supplier is thoroughly vetted on a regular basis and in cases where a new manufacturer is needed - we will carry out a thorough due diligence procedure focusing on their factory layout, process design, engineering capacity and quality control capability.
As a team of engineers, we know what's important to look out for by understanding the engineering principles and manufacturing process behind the product.
GLOBAL EXPORT SERVICE & CERTIFICATION
Amazon FBA, Innovative Hardware Products or Trading products? We can certify your product for use within any country and handle the logistics operations. We can air freight, sea freight or ground freight products to your door-step.

The advantage of working with suppliers who have an effective and robust ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) helps both parties to focus solely on improving operational processes and efficiency. The management processes that are established by this certification provides a sound foundation, leading to increased productivity and product quality every year.
Quality Management at AcT is a participative, systematic approach to planning and implementing a constant organisational improvement process. Its approach is focused on exceeding customer’s expectations, identifying problems, building commitment and promoting open decision-making among employees whilst standardising a core set of processes.
