We’re Back At Hardware Pioneers Max

Hardware Pioneers Max is coming up fast on the 10th and 11th of June at the ExCel London, and we actually secured Stand G3 last year, so this has been a fixed date on our calendar for months. We’ve been attending this show every year since 2021, and this June will mark our 6th time on the floor. We keep coming back because it’s one of the few places where everyone is focused on the actual reality of building physical tech.

If you‘re going to be walking the floor this year, this would be a great chance to stop by our space. We aren't setting things up just to hand out business cards or repeat generic talking points. We're literally putting our actual hardware builds on the table alongside the documentation we use on the line, so you can see exactly how we set up and run a production batch.

The great thing about Hardware Pioneers Max is how intensely focused it is on execution. It’s essentially a room full of people who live and breathe the technical and commercial complexities of getting physical products to market.

What you’ll find at Stand G3

We wanted to make sure we brought things to the ExCeL that are genuinely useful to you all.

Real Product Demos: We’ll have some of our recent hardware builds out on the table. You can come over, pick them up, look at the internal layouts, and we can walk you through the engineering decisions behind these projects.

Copies of Our Book: We’ll also have physical copies of our book, "Entering Chinese Manufacturing with Confidence." If your team is approaching the stage where you need to move from an advanced prototype to a reliable mass-manufacturing run, and you want to avoid the usual pitfalls around factory sourcing and quality control, this is a chance to grab a copy.

Who from Ardencraft will be there?

Since it's right on our doorstep in London, we’re bringing our core team down. It’s an easy opportunity to catch up in person and talk through any specific bottlenecks you're facing.

• Abid  (CEO) will be around to talk through product strategy, supply chain setups, and the commercial realities of scaling up production.

• Mark  (Head of Sales) will be there to discuss how we structure partnerships, manage open BOMs, and help teams keep their development timelines predictable.

• Hana will also be representing the team this year from HD Marketing. She’ll be on the floor at Hardware Pioneers 2026, she’ll be connecting with teams across engineering, manufacturing, and hardware to look at how we can better bridge the gap between complex technical development and clear commercial strategy
